Working closely with partners, managers and internal departments, the role will offer a wide range of experience with exposure to preparation and completion of financial statements and tax returns. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements for sole traders and partnerships.
- Preparation of audit exempt financial statements for limited and unlimited companies.
- Completion of client tax returns and ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Completion of company tax returns and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Preparation & submission of regulated reports in the area of solicitors and auctioneers
- Cross engagement with other members of the team to ensure efficient throughput of work.
- Training junior staff in the technical aspects of accounts preparation, auditing, and taxation
- Preparation of sole trader and company accounts to the required standard.
- Preparation of self-employed income tax returns and corporation tax returns.
Skills:
- Preparation and completion of client accounts.
- Strong communication skills, excellent IT and computer skills.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diversified workload.
Training:
- Induction and Ongoing raining will be provided.
- External CPD training will also be provided.
